With our regional edge cloud, we are expanding the existing cloud infrastructure by placing it closer to the data source and connecting it directly via fiber optics. Instead of storing this data in distant Data Centers, we can shorten the distances considerably and thus significantly improve efficiency and security. This requires highly secure and available IT infrastructures for networking. PFALZKOM provides everything you need to implement secure data rooms for your application cases.

Our Data Centers stand for professional operation with maximum energy efficiency, as we have been operating all our locations with 100% green electricity since 2017. Thanks to our modern and resource-conserving infrastructure, we are making a valuable contribution to climate protection.

PFALZKOM has been part of the Climate Neutral Data Center Pact since July 2021. We have set ourselves the goal of operating our Data Centers in a climate-neutral manner by 2030. Specifically, all members are committed to supporting the EU goal of climate neutrality with dedicated measures. In this way, we are proactively shaping the transition to a more sustainable economy and staying focused for our customers. The initiative was developed in collaboration with the European Commission.
