Receipt of your online application

We will receive your application via our website – or selected application portals. You can choose between applying directly for one of our advertised positions or sending us an unsolicited application. You can find our trainee positions here.

Review your documents
and preselection

We carefully review your documents during the recruitment process. If you are a promising applicant or an exciting candidate, you will be selected as soon as possible and invited to an initial interview. We often also offer you a trial day.

Your personal phone call

For this first interview, we are flexible and choose – as it suits you best – either a classic phone call or a video call via Microsoft Teams to get to know each other for the first time.

Your personal job interview

Your first professional discussion can then take place again via video call or at our premises. This is where we talk in person and compare your ideas with ours. If everything fits and we have a “yes” from the works council, you will receive a commitment.

Your personal contract offer

Your personal contract offer is based on this. If both sides agree, we will start your recruitment process. We plan everything – from signing the contract to your first day at work and onboarding.

As a TÜV-certified energy management officer, I joined the PFALZKOM team in the Quality and Innovation Management department. The operation of our highly secure data centers is very energy-intensive. As an energy manager, I am fascinated by the passion with which our colleagues in our data centers work.
