Seven regional companies, including PFALZKOM, are joining forces to strengthen and support companies in their digital transformation – within the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

A new chapter opens: The rhein-neckar.io consortium was founded. The seven companies Aristech GmbH, DATIS IT-Services GmbH, EDNT IT-Services GmbH, neogramm GmbH, PFALZKOM GmbH, Privatewolke and Stylite AG are joining forces to strengthen and support regional companies in their digital transformation – from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region for the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

The common goal is to offer a trustworthy and transparent alternative to global cloud providers (so-called hyperscalers). After all, SMEs are the backbone of the economy – especially in our region. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, there are many challenges to overcome together. With increasing digitalization, the dependency on reliable and highly available IT is growing. On the other hand, there are high demands on data protection, information security and the growing shortage of skilled workers.
